OpCity does not have a direct integration with BoldTrail.
This guide walks you through how to use Lead Sync for OpCity leads, along with important best practices.
In BoldTrail, navigate to:
Lead Engine → Lead Sync
Lead Sync allows you to generate contacts in your CRM through:
Email parsing (most commonly used for OpCity leads)
Zapier integrations
Zillow integrations
Log into BoldTrail
Go to Lead Engine → Lead Sync
Copy your unique Lead Sync email address
When you receive a new OpCity lead:
Open the lead notification email from OpCity
Forward the email to your Lead Sync email address
Optional (Recommended Setup):
Create an automatic email forwarding rule in your inbox
Route all OpCity emails directly to your Lead Sync email
After forwarding:
Log into your BoldTrail CRM
Verify that the new contact has been created
Lead Sync is a helpful tool, but it is not perfect.
Because it relies on email parsing, you may see:
Missing or incomplete contact details
Incorrect name or phone number mapping
Duplicate contacts
Delays in lead creation
To ensure your OpCity leads are set up correctly:
Review each synced lead for accuracy
Add any missing information manually
Apply a tag such as “OpCity Lead”
Assign the lead to a Smart Campaign
Add notes and updates from your OpCity dashboard
Most agents find success using a hybrid approach:
Use Lead Sync to automatically create the contact
Review and clean up the information
Complete setup inside BoldTrail
| Method | Pros | Cons |
|---|---|---|
| Manual Entry | Most accurate and reliable | Takes more time |
| Lead Sync | Faster, partially automated | Requires review and cleanup |
OpCity leads are referral-based and performance tracked.
To remain compliant:
Respond within OpCity’s required timeframes
Keep your status updated inside OpCity
Do not rely on BoldTrail alone for tracking or compliance
