Dalton Wade Website Lead Program Overview

The Dalton Wade Website Lead Program connects agents with potential buyers, sellers, and renters through strategic advertising on platforms such as Google, Instagram, and Facebook. Here's how it works:

Lead Generation Process

When prospective clients see a property they are interested in on our website, they can click on it to view more details. If they choose to explore additional properties or revisit the same one after a short period, they will be prompted to register on the website. After registration, leads are generated and assigned based on the location of the property. Clients are required to give email addresses, in addition, some may supply phone numbers.

Lead Distribution

Once a lead registers, it is distributed to Dalton Wade agents in the corresponding county through a Click-to-Claim system. For example, if the property is in Pasco County, FL, agents registered to receive leads in Pasco County will be notified. Agents must act quickly to claim the lead, as other Dalton Wade agents will also have the opportunity to claim it.

Agent Requirements

To participate in the Dalton Wade Lead Program, agents must meet the following criteria:

  • Headshot: You must have a professional headshot uploaded to be featured on our agent roster page.
  • Training: Completion of both our kvCORE training and Lead Conversion training is mandatory before joining the program.

Participation & Costs

Agents must be enrolled in the Dalton Wade Lead Program to access these leads. The program is available for Dalton Wade agents across all six states where the company operates.

Lead Follow-Up Expectations

Once you claim a lead, it's critical to follow up immediately. All communication and follow-ups must be handled through the kvCORE system to ensure efficient tracking and management.

Technical Requirements

To maximize success in the program:

  • We recommend downloading the kvCORE mobile app to your phone. This will help you stay on top of new leads and allow you to claim them quickly.

Additional Information

If you are unable to work with a lead for any reason, it is important to:

  1. Transfer the lead back to the Dalton Wade Client Care Team in kvCORE.
  2. Add a pinned note explaining why the lead is being transferred back to the company.

Additionally, if you have not logged into the system within 14 days, you will be automatically paused from receiving leads.
