Realtor.com is gradually phasing out the ReadyConnect Concierge referral program across markets nationwide. Because additional markets continue to be discontinued, Dalton Wade is no longer offering new enrollment into the program.

Who Can Still Use OpCity?

If you are already enrolled in OpCity:

• You may continue receiving referral opportunities if your market is still supported by Realtor.com.
• You may continue working all active and future referrals assigned to you through the program.
• There are no changes to how the program operates for currently enrolled agents.

If you are not currently enrolled, Dalton Wade is no longer accepting new participants into the OpCity program.

Referral Fee Requirements

The existing OpCity referral agreement remains in effect for currently enrolled agents.

Referral fees continue to apply to qualifying transactions resulting from OpCity referrals, including transactions that close after a market has been discontinued.

Please note that referral obligations remain in effect for up to two (2) years from the date a lead is assigned, in accordance with the OpCity referral agreement.

What Happens If My Market Is Discontinued?

If Realtor.com discontinues OpCity in your market:

• You will no longer receive new OpCity referral opportunities for that market.
• You should continue working any existing referrals you have already received.
• Referral fees remain due on qualifying transactions resulting from previously assigned leads, even if they close after your market is discontinued.

Why Is Dalton Wade No Longer Offering New Enrollment?

Realtor.com has made the decision to gradually phase out the ReadyConnect Concierge referral program across markets nationwide.

Because the long-term availability of the program is changing, Dalton Wade is no longer enrolling new agents into OpCity. This helps avoid onboarding agents into a program that may no longer be available in their market today or in the future.

Current participants may continue using the program for as long as it remains available in their market.
