Using 3D Tours with Zillow Showcase

Zillow Showcase requires a compatible 3D tour to provide buyers with an immersive property experience. While agents may use their own media in many cases, not all 3D tour providers are supported.

Zillow 3D Home Tours

Zillow Showcase supports Zillow 3D Home Tours. If you're creating your own media, you'll need to capture the property using a compatible 3D camera and Zillow's supported 3D Home technology.

If you're hiring a photographer through Zillow's media ordering system, the required Zillow 3D Home Tour can also be ordered as part of your media package.

Matterport Tours

At this time, Matterport tours cannot be used to satisfy Zillow Showcase's 3D tour requirement.

Matterport is owned by a company separate from Zillow, and Matterport tours are not displayed on Zillow listings as the required Showcase 3D experience.

If you currently use Matterport for your marketing, you may continue using it elsewhere, but you'll still need a Zillow 3D Home Tour if your Showcase listing requires one.

Already Have Your Own Media?

If you already have professional photography and a floor plan, you do not need to purchase those items again. You may simply purchase the Zillow 3D Home Tour if that is the only remaining media needed for your Showcase listing.
