Zillow Showcase is designed to create a more engaging listing experience for buyers. To activate Showcase, your listing must include the required media as determined by Zillow. Depending on your listing, you may already have everything you need, or you may need to order additional media.

Required Media

To qualify for Zillow Showcase, listings generally require:

• Professional listing photography
• A floor plan
• A Zillow 3D Home Tour

If any required media is missing, you'll have the opportunity to purchase it during the Showcase ordering process.

Can I Use My Own Photos?

Yes. If you've already had professional listing photos taken, you may upload your own photos as long as they meet Zillow's requirements and specifications.

Can I Use My Own Floor Plan?

Yes. If you already have a floor plan for your listing, you may upload it rather than purchasing another one through Zillow.

Can I Use My Own 3D Tour?

Yes—but only if it is a Zillow 3D Home Tour. If you're creating your own 3D tour, it must be captured using Zillow's supported 3D Home technology and uploaded in the required format.

Can I Use Matterport?

No. Matterport tours cannot be used to satisfy Zillow Showcase's 3D tour requirement.

Although Matterport is a popular 3D tour platform, it is owned by a Zillow competitor and is not currently supported as the required 3D experience for Zillow Showcase.

If you use Matterport for your own marketing, you may continue to do so, but you'll still need a Zillow 3D Home Tour if your Showcase listing requires one.

Can I Upload Property Videos?

Yes. Property videos may be uploaded through the Showcase & Media section of your Zillow Pro listing.

Videos can help buyers better understand the home and complement your listing's photography and other media.

Do I Need to Purchase the Entire Media Package?

Not necessarily. If you already have some of the required media, you may only need to purchase the remaining items.

For example, if you already have:

• Professional photography
• A floor plan

You may only need to purchase the Zillow 3D Home Tour.

Zillow offers different media packages depending on your needs.

Essential Package

The Essential Package includes the media required for most Showcase listings, including:

• Professional photography
• Floor plan
• Zillow 3D Home Tour

Premium Package

The Premium Package includes everything in the Essential Package, plus additional marketing assets such as:

• Drone photography
• Sky Tour
• Additional premium media (availability may vary)

Before purchasing Zillow Showcase, we recommend:

• Using high-quality professional photography.
• Verifying that your floor plan is complete and accurate.
• Uploading all available media before ordering Showcase.
• Reviewing Zillow's media requirements to determine whether any additional assets are needed.
