As a Dalton Wade agent, you can purchase Zillow Showcase for just $165 per listing through Dalton Wade's Zillow Pro partnership. This exclusive pricing is significantly lower than Zillow's standard retail pricing, which is typically around $400 per listing (pricing varies by ZIP code).
Before You Begin
Before you can purchase Showcase, you must:
Be an active Dalton Wade agent.
Accept the Zillow Workspace invitation sent to the email address you used when joining Dalton Wade.
Have a listing that meets Zillow's Showcase eligibility requirements.
How to Purchase Zillow Showcase
Accept the Zillow Workspace invitation sent to your email.
Click Sign In.
In the sign-in window, select Zillow Pro.
Sign in using your Zillow Pro account login details.
Create or open your eligible listing.
Select Order Showcase & Media.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your Showcase purchase.
If your listing qualifies, you'll receive Dalton Wade's discounted rate of $165 per listing.
Note: All listings require additional media, such as a floor plan or other Zillow-required assets, before Showcase can be activated. If your listing is missing required media, you can order them at this time for an additional cost.
