Transferring Listings and Contracts When an Agent Leaves Dalton Wade

Policy Overview

When an agent leaves Dalton Wade Real Estate Group, the handling of their active listings and pending transactions depends on the status of each property.

Active Listings

  • Agents may take their active listings with them to their new brokerage without any restrictions.

Pending Transactions & Buyer Contracts

  • If a listing is pending (under contract) or if the agent has a buyer under contract, the transaction should be transferred to their new brokerage with a 25% referral fee paid to Dalton Wade.
