At Dalton Wade, we understand that starting in real estate—or reaching the next level—can feel overwhelming. Our Mentorship Program pairs you with an experienced agent who can guide you step by step through your first transactions, helping you gain confidence and build a strong foundation for long-term success.
Learn from experienced agents who have closed deals and understand the challenges new agents face.
Build confidence in handling buyer and seller transactions.
Get hands-on guidance through your first 1–3 deals with direct mentor support.
Access additional training, including weekly live Zoom classes covering contracts, lead conversion, objection handling, and more.
As a mentee, your role is to actively participate and commit to your growth. You will:
Complete the tasks necessary to generate and manage business.
Meet weekly with your Mentor to review your real estate action plan.
Attend Dalton Wade’s weekly live Zoom training sessions.
Involve your Mentor in communications related to your transactions.
Allocate 30% of commission for each mentored transaction (25% goes to your Mentor, 5% to Dalton Wade for program support).
Mentors are here to support you through real-world guidance. They will:
Assist you with executing, processing, and closing your first 1–3 transactions.
Prepare you for buyer and seller consultations with role-play, scripts, and objection handling practice.
Help with listing and contract preparation.
Advise you throughout the contract-to-close process.
Meet with you weekly—individually or in group settings—to create and track a success plan.
If nearby, provide opportunities to shadow them at showings, listing appointments, inspections, final walk-throughs, and closings.
