Browse Mentors in Your State (Optional)
You can view a list of available mentors in your area.
If you find someone who seems like a good fit, you may list their name on your application form.
If you’re not sure, no problem—our team will match you with a mentor in your state.
Complete the Mentee Sign-Up Form
Provide the following information:
Your Name & Email
State(s) where you need a mentor
Number of Transactions you’d like mentorship on (1–3)
Preferred Mentor’s Name (if you have one)
Any additional information you’d like to share
Submit Your Form
Once submitted, Dalton Wade Support will review your request and get you connected with a mentor.
You’ll meet weekly with your mentor to discuss your real estate action plan.
You’ll attend weekly live Zoom classes covering contracts, lead conversion, and new agent training.
You’ll involve your mentor in communications regarding your first transactions.
For each transaction you choose to receive mentorship on, 30% of your commission is allocated:
25% to your mentor for hands-on guidance
5% to Dalton Wade for program support
