How to Sign Up as a Dalton Wade Transaction Coordinator

Dalton Wade agents have the option to work with Transaction Coordinators (TCs) to help manage their files from contract to close. If you’d like to be added to our official list of TCs, you can complete our online sign-up form.

Where to Sign Up

This short form allows you to submit your details and upload your resume. Once submitted, your information will be reviewed and added to the Transaction Coordinator list on our website.

What Information Is Required

When filling out the form, you’ll need to provide:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone number

  • State(s) where you are able to perform TC work

  • Confirmation of completing Dalton Wade’s Dotloop training

  • Confirmation of completing Dalton Wade’s CDA training

  • Confirmation that you know how to submit documents for review in Dotloop

  • Confirmation that you are able to complete all required TC tasks

  • Agreement to the $45 fee due to Dalton Wade for each transaction (included on each CDA)

  • Resume upload

Your headshot will automatically be pulled from BoldTrail to be displayed on the website along with your name, phone, email, and resume. If no headshot is available, we will put a blank avatar in its place.

Transaction Coordinator Fees

TCs are paid by the agent per transaction:

  • $395 – Buy side

  • $495 – Listing side

  • $890 – Dual (list + buy side)

Next Steps

Once your form is submitted, Dalton Wade will add your profile to the list of approved Transaction Coordinators on the company website. Agents will then be able to view your information and select you for their transactions.
