Earn $500 for Referring Top Agents!
At Dalton Wade Real Estate Group, we value your network and want to reward you for helping us grow. Through our Agent Referral Program, you can earn $500 for each new real estate agent you refer who joins our team and stays with us for at least 60 days!


Who Can You Refer?
Referral candidates can include:
- Agent friends or colleagues
- Agents in your professional network
- Agents you’ve recently completed a transaction with
- Agents you’re currently working with on a pending transaction
- Agents whose listings you are showing

Referral Qualification Criteria
To qualify for the $500 referral fee:
- The referred agent must remain with Dalton Wade Real Estate Group for a minimum of 60 days.
- The agent must join or already be a member of a Board of Realtors.
- Dalton Wade must not already have the agent in our recruitment database.
- You must be an active Dalton Wade agent when the referral fee is due to be paid (60 days after the referred agent joins).
