Transferring Documents from an Old Loop to a New Loop in Dotloop
How to transfer documents from an old loop to a new loop.
The easiest way to transfer the docs is to download them from the old loop into a folder on your computer then upload them to the new loop that you created. They will be flattened, so anything that is not signed, you will need to add signature boxes to for your clients to sign. The already signed ones will be fine, simply drag and drop them into the required placeholders in the new loop.
Be sure to name the new loop slightly different than the old one when you create it or Dotloop will merge the two loops instead of creating a separate one.
