Splitting Documents Outside of Dotloop
Guide to Split Documents Outside of Dotloop.
Sometimes it is easier to split it up outside of Dotloop. Here is a link to a program some of us use to split PDF's:
Another way to split them up outside of Dotloop is to just open the document on your computer and count the pages of each of the documents you are trying to split out. For example, pages 1-12 is the contract, 13-14 is the flood disclosure, 15 is the HOA rider, etc. Then click on the print button and instead of your home printer, see if there is a choice to "Print to PDF" Choose that printer then pick the pages you want to split out. For example, 1-12, when you go to print it, it will ask you to name the new file, Contract would be this one. Then it will create a pdf file with just those 12 pages. Then repeat for the flood disclosure, only print pages 13-14 and name that flood disclosure, and so on.
