Realtor.com® has announced changes to the availability of its ReadyConnect Concierge® referral program in select metropolitan areas.
Beginning July 15, 2026, agents located in the affected markets will no longer receive new ReadyConnect Concierge referral leads. This change applies only to ReadyConnect Concierge referral fee-based leads and does not affect participation in other Realtor.com programs.
ReadyConnect Concierge will no longer be available in the following metropolitan areas:
Baltimore, MD
Birmingham, AL
Burlington County, NJ
Camden, NJ
Central Florida, FL
Fort Lauderdale, FL
Greensboro-High Point, NC
Greenville, SC
Orlando, FL
Philadelphia, PA
Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, NC
Richmond, VA
Seattle, WA
Silver Spring-Frederick-Rockville, MD
Continue accepting and working any ReadyConnect Concierge leads assigned to you.
New referral leads may still be assigned until July 15, 2026.
No new ReadyConnect Concierge referral leads will be assigned in the affected markets.
Continue working all existing ReadyConnect Concierge leads through closing.
Any applicable referral fees remain due on transactions resulting from ReadyConnect Concierge referrals received before July 15, even if the transaction closes after that date.
This change only impacts the ReadyConnect Concierge referral program.
If you participate in other Realtor.com products, including:
ConnectionsSM Plus
Market VIP
your participation in those programs will continue as normal.
To assist affected agents, Realtor.com is offering eligible agents up to three months of free ConnectionsSM Plus buyer leads in select markets.
