PrimeStreet is No Longer A Part of the Dalton Wade Lead Program
As of 08-18-2025:
PrimeStreet has changed their pricing model so that the brokerage must now pay for the leads being sent to agents, and agents would still owe a referral fee at closing. This setup is not cost-effective for either the brokerage or the agents.
Please note: any agents who have already received a PrimeStreet lead are still responsible for paying the referral fee for up to two years, as outlined in PrimeStreet’s email to agents. (With PrimeStreet, you only pay when you close. The fee is 35% of the sale price up to two years after you receive the lead.)

We’re writing to inform you that PrimeStreet has transitioned to an exclusive model and as a result, your referral flow will end on August 22nd. Your access to the PrimeStreet
mobile app and sales funnel of active referrals will not be
interrupted. Please be aware that any transaction that takes place with
the referrals you’ve accepted (within 24 months of their original
transfer date) will remain subject to PrimeStreet's referral fee. If a closing takes place, please inform our billing department at billing@primestreet.io.
