Joining the Dalton Wade Website Lead Program

The Dalton Wade Website Lead Program connects ready-to-engage buyers and sellers from daltonwade.com with agents who are trained and available to respond quickly. Follow the steps below to get set up.

Program Requirements

  1. Plan Eligibility

    • You must be on Business Builder or No Monthly Fee to participate.

  2. Training

    • Complete both:

      • BoldTrail Training

      • Lead Conversion Training

  3. County Selection

How the Program Works

  1. Lead Capture

    • Clients search properties on www.daltonwade.com and register with their email and phone.

  2. Routing

    • Leads are routed through our distribution system.

    • If a lead matches one of your selected counties, you’ll have the chance to claim it.

  3. Claim & Work the Lead

    • Claim the lead promptly, reach out, and begin servicing the client.

Referral Fee Structure

  • 30% referral fee for homes under $150,000

  • 35% referral fee for homes $150,000 and above

How to Enroll (Step-by-Step)

  1. Confirm you’re on the Business Builder or No Monthly Fee plan.

  2. Complete BoldTrail Training and Lead Conversion Training.

  3. Email melinda@daltonwade.com with:

    • Up to 3 counties you want to receive leads in

  4. Watch for lead notifications and be ready to claim fast.

  • Respond quickly: Speed to lead is key—aim to call/text within minutes.

  • Log activity in BoldTrail so your follow-up stays organized.

  • Set clear next steps with every contact (property list, showing time, lender intro, etc.).
