Joining HouseWhisper AI is quick and easy—and as a Dalton Wade agent, you get access to exclusive pricing at $79/month (a $21/month savings off their public rate). Follow the steps below to get started.

Step-by-Step: Signing Up

  1. Visit the Sign-Up Page:
    Go to https://joindaltonwade.com/housewhisper-ai/

  2. Enter Your Information:
    Fill out the form, including your credit card details, to activate the $79/month subscription.

  3. We’ll Handle the Setup:
    Once your subscription is confirmed, the Dalton Wade team will notify HouseWhisper to begin the onboarding process.

  4. Start Using HouseWhisper AI:
    Beginning May 5, 2025, you’ll be fully set up within 48 hours of subscribing. You’ll receive onboarding details and instructions directly from the HouseWhisper team.

  • Use Your BoldTrail Email: If your BoldTrail email is different from the one we have on file, please use that email when signing up. This helps HouseWhisper locate and connect your CRM account without delay.
