No problem at all. Most agents who start using HouseWhisper don’t have a perfectly updated CRM—and that’s exactly what “Alex” (the AI assistant) is designed to help with.
She’ll start by organizing what’s already there and will learn from future conversations to fill in the blanks. Over time, your CRM will become more accurate and helpful without requiring a huge manual effort from you.
Yes! You can ask Alex to help write:
Listing descriptions
Social media captions
Detailed property highlights
Just tell her what you need and what tone you want (friendly, professional, etc.), and she’ll send it back fully written.
Not at this time. HouseWhisper doesn’t currently have access to that functionality, but the team is constantly working on new features.
If enough agents request this, it may be prioritized in a future update.
She can search public-facing websites (like Zillow.com) and give you relevant information.
However, she cannot access password-protected sites like your MLS, so some data may not be as current or detailed. It's best to always check your MLS to ensure accurate information that she pulls.
Yes—Dalton Wade will honor the $79/month pricing for the foreseeable future. If this ever changes, we’ll notify agents in advance.
Currently, Alex is fluent in English and Spanish. While she may understand other languages, as of right now, we can't say she is "fluent" in any other languages besides English and Spanish. However, with every request, she is getting more intuitive and learning.
