How long does each auction run?

Auctions typically run for 3 days, creating urgency and competition among buyers.

Does the highest bid automatically win the property for either Flexbid or Auction Style?

For auctions, the highest bid will always win. However, in the Flexbid model, the seller still has the final say in accepting or declining an offer and can accept at any time.

Is there a fee for sellers or listing agents?

No. There is no cost to the seller or the listing agent for using homesale.plus. The 1% fee is automatically added when a buyer puts in their offer.
