Open House Policy – Dalton Wade Agents

At Dalton Wade Real Estate Group, we want to ensure clarity and consistency when it comes to hosting open houses.


Dalton Wade Agents Hosting Other Brokerages’ Open Houses

Dalton Wade agents are permitted to host open houses for listings held by other brokerages, provided:

  • You have permission from the listing agent and their broker.

  • You follow all MLS rules and local board regulations.

  • You clearly represent your brokerage and license status appropriately.

This can be a great opportunity to build relationships, meet buyers, and generate additional business.



Non-Dalton Wade Agents Hosting Dalton Wade Open Houses

Agents from other brokerages may not host an open house for a Dalton Wade listing under any circumstances.

All open houses for Dalton Wade listings must be conducted by:

  • A licensed Dalton Wade agent in good standing, and

  • Properly affiliated with the brokerage at the time of the event.

This policy ensures:

  • Proper supervision and compliance with brokerage and state regulations

  • Protection of our listings and clients

  • Accurate representation of Dalton Wade branding and marketing
