How to Access the Open House Connect Lists

Open House Connect (OHC) is a great way to either have another Dalton Wade agent host your open house or find open houses to host and generate leads.

Accessing Open House Connect

To get started, log into Dalton Wade Connect:

https://daltonwadeconnect.com/

Once logged in:

  • Navigate to the Business Builder section on the left hand side navigation.

Submitting a Listing for an Open House Host

If you have a listing and would like another agent to host an open house for you:

  1. Click Submit Listing to Open House Connect

  2. Fill out the form with your listing details

  3. Submit the request

Your open house will then be automatically shared with agents looking for opportunities to host.

Viewing Open Houses You Can Host

If you're looking to host an open house:

  1. Click Open House Connect Lists

  2. Select your state

  3. Review the available open houses for the current week

  4. Call the listing agent to schedule the open house directly with them

These are updated regularly, so check back often for new opportunities.

Important Notes

  • Open houses are automatically removed after 7 days

  • If your listing is still available the following week, you will need to resubmit it using the submission form

  • Availability is first come, first served, so acting quickly is recommended
