Dalton Wade Agent Social Media Content Submission Guidelines for Company Accounts

Dalton Wade Agent Social Media Content Submission Guidelines for Company Accounts

We’re thrilled to feature our Dalton Wade agents across our official social media pages!

Whether you’re submitting a short video or a static image, we love sharing stories that highlight your expertise, personality, and pride in being part of the Dalton Wade family.

Video Submission Guidelines

To make sure your video looks professional and edits smoothly, please follow these quick tips:

Setup & Quality

  • Background: Choose a clean, uncluttered setting — your home office, in front of a listing, or even inside your car are great options.

  • Lighting: Natural light works best. Make sure your face is well-lit and evenly visible.

  • Sound: Speak clearly, without background noise or music. Avoid filters or sound effects — our marketing team will handle all editing and enhancements.

  • Branding: Bonus points if you wear Dalton Wade gear, a name tag, or include subtle Dalton Wade branding (like a logo backdrop or sign).

Video Topic Ideas

We’re looking for short, engaging clips that inspire, educate, or connect. Some great ideas include:

  • Tips for new or fellow agents

  • Why you chose Dalton Wade

  • Local or national market updates

  • Client success stories or favorite closing memories

  • Fun happenings in your city this month

  • Motivational messages for other agents or consumers

Keep It Short & Authentic

  • Keep videos under 60 seconds when possible.

  • Speak naturally and be yourself — authenticity always wins!

  • Landscape (horizontal) video is preferred, but vertical is fine if filming on your phone.

Static Post Submission Guidelines

If you’d prefer to submit a photo or written post, we’d love to feature you, too!
Static posts are a great way to highlight your story, celebrate your wins, or share helpful insights.

What to Include

Your post should be professional, personal, or inspiring. Some examples:

  • Agent Bio Spotlight – Share your background, why you joined Dalton Wade, what you love about real estate, and one fun fact about you.

  • Client Testimonial – Include a short quote from a satisfied client and, if available, a photo (with their permission).

  • Community Feature – Showcase your city, a neighborhood you specialize in, or an event you’re attending.

  • Motivational Post – A quote, thought, or personal milestone that reflects your journey as an agent.

  • Brokerage Shoutout – What do you enjoy most about being part of Dalton Wade?

Photo Tips

  • Choose a clear, high-quality photo — professional headshots are great, but candid or lifestyle shots work too.

  • Avoid heavy filters or busy backgrounds.

  • Include Dalton Wade branding when possible (a logo, sign, or DW name tag).

How to Submit

Send your videos or posts to mary@daltonwade.com with the following details:

  • Your name and office location (city/state)

  • A short caption or description of your content

  • Any social media handles you’d like tagged (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

We truly appreciate every submission — our agents are the heart of Dalton Wade, and we love celebrating your success!

By sharing your story, you help show the world what makes Dalton Wade agents some of the most talented, driven, and genuine professionals in the business.

Let’s continue to grow together — one story, one success, and one post at a time!
