Joining a Board & DW Current Memberships

To gain access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), it is necessary for you to become a member of one of the boards we are affiliated with. Dalton Wade holds membership in several boards, and you have the option to join any of these boards.

Understanding the Urgency and Importance of Joining

You have a limited window, typically around 30 days, to complete the membership process. The reason for this time constraint is that, as a brokerage, we are mandated to be MLS members, and this requirement extends to all agents associated with Dalton Wade. Failure to join within the specified period could result in a disruption of service for all agents. Periodic audits are conducted, and agents not yet joined may be subject to immediate membership to prevent potential consequences for the entire group.
