How to Join a Board or MLS If Dalton Wade Is Not Currently a Member

From time to time, an agent may want to join a local REALTOR® association or MLS that Dalton Wade is not currently affiliated with.

Because real estate boards and MLSs require brokerage participation at the firm level, individual agents cannot join independently under Dalton Wade if the brokerage is not already a member.

In order for an agent to join:

  • Dalton Wade must first join as a firm

  • An office must be established with that board/MLS

  • The brokerage must complete all required firm-level applications and approvals

Once the brokerage is approved, agents may then proceed with their individual membership application.

If the board or MLS you need is already listed, you can move forward with joining under the existing Dalton Wade office.

If it is not listed, please follow the steps below.

  • Board or MLS Name

  • Website URL

  • Membership Contact Name

  • Membership Contact Email

  • Membership Contact Phone Number

  • Boards and MLSs often require firm application fees, office setup documentation, and broker approvals.

  • Processing timelines vary by association.

  • Some boards may require additional compliance steps before activation.
