How to Print Your MLS Stats/Production Report
MLS has various reports that agents can print to view their
sales, rankings by market share, etc.
Here are the instructions to print your Production Detail Report for
sales & leased properties that closed under your MLS number.
Log into MLS:
-Click on “Market
Reports” & “Production Detail
Report”:
-Enter “Start Date”
and “End Date” - for example: 01/01/2022 & 12/31/2022 to view your production
report for the year 2022 as well as your MLS ID:
-Click “Generate Report” – the report will display so you can print or save
it to your PC.
*Note:
the report will not show new construction homes sold if the builder did not put
the listing in MLS. You can do this by
adding it after it closes as an SDEO so you receive credit for the sale.
For questions or assistance, reach out to your MLS board.
