Florida - Stellar MLS – Required Owner Authorization
Stellar MLS requires a signed Owner Authorization prior to activating a
listing in the MLS.
One of the following three (3) options must be uploaded to the
file:
1️⃣ Stellar Owner Authorization Report (Preferred)
Located in the Printing
section of Stellar MLS
Only available while the listing
is in “Incomplete” status
The agent is authorized to sign
in the Broker Signature field
2️⃣ Broker Synopsis (If Listing is Already Active)
Print the MLS Broker Synopsis
Obtain the seller’s signature
Upload to the transaction file
3️⃣ MLS Data Entry Sheet
Upload a completed MLS Data
Entry Sheet
Must be signed by the seller

If a MLS Options for Property Owners – Authorization is
completed, it may be uploaded in place of the Owner Authorization.

MLS may request this signed documentation during an audit. Failure to
have it on file can result in fines.
