Florida - Stellar MLS – Required Owner Authorization

Stellar MLS requires a signed Owner Authorization prior to activating a listing in the MLS.

One of the following three (3) options must be uploaded to the file:

1️ Stellar Owner Authorization Report (Preferred)

  • Located in the Printing section of Stellar MLS
  • Only available while the listing is in “Incomplete” status
  • The agent is authorized to sign in the Broker Signature field

2️ Broker Synopsis (If Listing is Already Active)

  • Print the MLS Broker Synopsis
  • Obtain the seller’s signature
  • Upload to the transaction file

3️ MLS Data Entry Sheet

  • Upload a completed MLS Data Entry Sheet
  • Must be signed by the seller

If a MLS Options for Property Owners – Authorization is completed, it may be uploaded in place of the Owner Authorization.

📌
Important

MLS may request this signed documentation during an audit. Failure to have it on file can result in fines.
