Adding MLS Broker Synopsis
There are two ways to access and print the MLS Broker Synopsis.
Option 1: Search by MLS Number

Log in to your MLS.

In the Search bar, type the MLS # and hit Enter.

Once the listing opens, follow the Printing Instructions below.
Option 2: Search by Property Address

Log in to your MLS.
-
Click Search and choose the correct category (Residential, Vacant Land, Rental, Commercial, etc.).

Check the box for Pending.
-
Enter the Street Number and Street Name (no additional details required).

From the results, click on the MLS # to open the listing.

Once open, follow the Printing Instructions below.

With the listing open, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Print.

Select Print to PDF.
-
A PDF copy of the MLS Broker Synopsis will be generated.

Save the PDF to your desktop or computer.
-
Upload the saved document into the correct placeholder in your Dotloop loop.
