MLS Broker Synopsis - Downloading from MLS

There are two ways to access and print the MLS Broker Synopsis.


Option 1: Search by MLS Number

  1. Log in to your MLS. 

  2. In the Search bar, type the MLS # and hit Enter.

  3. Once the listing opens, follow the Printing Instructions below.



Option 2: Search by Property Address

  1. Log in to your MLS.

  2. Click Search and choose the correct category (Residential, Vacant Land, Rental, Commercial, etc.).

  3. Check the box for Pending.

  4. Enter the Street Number and Street Name (no additional details required).

  5. From the results, click on the MLS # to open the listing.

  6. Once open, follow the Printing Instructions below.





Printing Instructions

  1. With the listing open, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Print.

  2. Select Print to PDF.

  3. A PDF copy of the MLS Broker Synopsis will be generated.

  4. Save the PDF to your desktop or computer.

  5. Upload the saved document into the correct placeholder in your Dotloop loop.
