Creating a Business Profile for Your Real Estate Business on Instagram
Changing Instagram Profile from Personal to Business
Connect Business Instagram to Your Facebook Business Page
If desired, you have the option to link your business account to a
corresponding Facebook Page. While this step is not mandatory, it
enhances the utilization of features across the Meta family of apps for
businesses. Note that currently, you can only connect one Facebook Page
to your Instagram business account.
You’ll
first need to connect your Instagram account to your Facebook Page in
order to enable crossposting of your posts, stories, and/or reels from
Instagram to Facebook.
- Navigate to your Instagram Profile.
- Tap Edit Profile.
- Scroll down to Public business information and tap Connect or create next to Page.
You
may be prompted to log into your personal Facebook account. This is an
authentication step that is required to confirm that your personal
Facebook account has access to the Facebook Page you’d like to crosspost
 to.
Figuring Out the Best Time to Post
With an Instagram business account, you can check the days and hours that are most popular for your audience:
Go to your profile and tap in the upper right corner.
 in the upper right corner.
Tap on Insights.
Click on Total Followers.
Scroll down to the bottom of this page and look for Most Active Times.
Toggle between hours and days to see if a specific time stands out.

By
using a business account, you gain access to valuable insights that
provide a deeper understanding of your business's engagement on
Instagram. Additionally, the Professional Dashboard allows you to
monitor performance, discover professional tools, and access curated
educational content provided by Instagram.
Moreover, you have the
flexibility to choose whether to display or hide your business category
and contact information on your profile. After the initial setup,
navigate to your profile, tap "Edit Profile," and go to "Profile
Display" under "Public Business Information." Here, you can select your
preference to either showcase or conceal your category label and contact
 info. Once decided, tap "Done."
