Stationhouse: Use for Dalton Wade Agents
The Dalton Wade corporate office is situated at the Station House, a co-working space in downtown St. Petersburg. Agents are encouraged to visit and utilize the public area's various couches and tables, open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no special access required.
Dalton Wade has secured a private workspace within the Station House on the second level, the main floor. As you enter the front door, our office is the first space on the left and is staffed on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Equipped with two small desks and a conference room table, this space is open for use when staffed, and arrangements can be made to stay late by agreeing to lock the door. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis and is not reserved space, so be prepared to work in the public area.
For those desiring more frequent access to the Station House, we recommend obtaining a monthly membership at a discounted rate. In addition to the public area, the membership provides exclusive access to member-only spaces on the 4th and 5th floors, along with additional charge services like printing. Members also enjoy exclusive Wi-Fi access. Further details and rates can be obtained from the Station House staff, and you may be eligible for a discount based on our corporate membership.
