Opcity Referral Fee Structure

Leads Prior to 11/11/24

Transaction 150+: 35%

Transactions less than 150%: 30%

Leases: 35%

Client Appreciation: 38% depends on sale price.  

 

Referral fees are calculated on GROSS COMMISSIONS and this includes any fees that you have charged your client.  If you are charging the client $79 to cover a $79.00 DW transaction fee , then Opcity will take a 30-35%. This means you will need to charge your client a $124 transaction fee to cover a Dalton Wade transaction fee of $79.


Leads After 11/11/24

OpCity updated their fee schedule as of 11/11/24. These are the updated numbers going forward.
Leases: 20%
Seller Leads: 40%
Buyer Leads: 28% - 40% based on purchase price and zip code.
Please see attachment for zip codes. When you open the PDF, you can use the find feature and search specific zip codes for the correct percentage.
