Non-Occupancy Disclosure - How to Add to Loop




Dalton Wade offers a minimalist Seller Property Disclosure for sellers who do not wish to fill out a standard Seller Property Disclosure or sellers who never resided in the property (Non-Occupancy).  

Open your loop:







Click on “ADD DOCUMENT” to the right of the folder you are adding the document to:


Select “TEMPLATES”:



Scroll to “DALTON WADE CUSTOM FORMS”, scroll through the list until you see the addendum/form/disclosure you want to add.  Shortcut: type “Seller” in the search bar (magnifying glass) for the form to display.


Place a check in the box & “COPY”:

The form will be placed in your folder:
