Transaction Fee & Adding the Disclosure Form
Agents may charge their client a transaction fee ($79 or $390, depending on plan). This fee must be disclosed properly in one of the following ways:
- By using the Transaction Fee Disclosure Form

On the Listing Agreement
- On the Purchase Contract
Option 1: Use the Transaction Fee Disclosure Form (All States)

In your loop, click Add Document (on the right).

Select Templates.

Scroll to Dalton Wade Custom Forms.

Check the box next to DW Transaction Fee Disclosure.

Click Copy to add it to your loop.

Fill out the form and send it to your client(s) for signature.

If the transaction fee is not disclosed in the Listing Agreement or Purchase Contract, send the signed copy to title.
Option 2: Add to the Listing Agreement (Florida)

Residential Listing Agreement (seller representation): Add the fee in Section 14 – Line 167 under Additional Terms.

Vacant Land Listing Agreement (seller representation): Add the fee in Section 14 – Line 169 under Additional Terms.
Option 3: Add to the Purchase Contract (Florida)
