Information to Include in Your Email

Please provide the following details so we can complete the setup accurately:

  1. Lender Name

  2. Lender Title

  3. Lender Phone Number (cell, work, and/or direct)

  4. Lender Email Address

  5. Company Name

  6. Lender and Company License Number

  7. Lender Headshot (PNG or JPG format attached to the email)

  8. Lender/Company Bio (optional, but recommended for added credibility)

  9. Company Website

  10. Pre-Approval Link

The more complete the information provided, the faster we can finalize your request. 

What Happens Next?

Once your request is received:

  • Our support team will add the lender to the Dalton Wade company account in BoldTrail

  • The lender will be activated on your IDX website

  • Buyers visiting your website will be able to connect directly for financing and pre-approval
