Displaying Certain Areas on Your BoldTrail (formally known as kvCORE) Website

To display specific areas on your BoldTrail agent subdomain, there are two main steps to follow:

Part 1: Ensure You're Connected to the Correct MLS

  1. Log into your BoldTrail account.
    Access your dashboard at crm.daltonwade.com.



  2. In the upper right-hand corner, click on your profile photo and select My Profile from the dropdown menu.



  3. Scroll down to the right-hand side and look under Offices to verify your connected MLS.
    • If the incorrect office is listed, please contact support@daltonwade.com and request to be connected to the correct MLS office.
    • If it says "DW All MLS Office," this means:
      • a) Your MLS is currently being added to our BoldTrail account, or
      • b) You didn’t provide your MLS information during sign-up. Please email support@daltonwade.com with your correct MLS area to resolve this.


Part 2: Display Specific Areas on Your Website

For larger MLS areas like Stellar MLS in Florida, you might want to narrow down the listings displayed on your website to your local county. To do this:

  1. Log into BoldTrail.
    Access your dashboard at crm.daltonwade.com.
  2. Go to Web & IDX.



  3. In the Website Settings, scroll down to where it says Coverage Only in the settings and enable it. After a minute, a new section titled Pick which areas show on your site will appear.



     

  4. Use the search bar to type and select the areas you wish to display on your website.



  5. Once you've added the desired areas, click Save.



  6. Look for the confirmation in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.
