Connecting Your IDX Feed for Restricted MLSs

Some MLSs have additional restrictions and require extra steps to connect your IDX feed to your agent website. If your MLS falls under this category, you will need to complete a specific approval form provided by Inside Real Estate (the parent company of BoldTrail).

Currently, this requirement applies to:

North Carolina
  1. Triad MLS

Steps to Complete Your IDX Connection

  1. Fill out the required form:
    Agent Subdomain Approval Request

  2. Use the following broker information when prompted:

    Broker Name: Kevin Gioia
    Email: kevin@daltonwade.com
    Phone: 727-914-9174
