Taking Your Listings When Leaving Dalton Wade
If you choose to leave Dalton Wade Real Estate Group, you are welcome to take your active and pending listings with you to your new brokerage.
Please note the following:
- Active listings are able to be transferred without any referral fee due at closing.
- Pending listings have a 25% referral fee due to Dalton Wade at the successful closing of each transferred listing.
- You will not owe Dalton Wade's transaction fee on listings that are transferred after your departure.
This policy allows you to continue serving your clients without interruption while recognizing Dalton Wade's role in originating the brokerage relationship for the listing.
