I've Seen a Decreased Amount of Website Lead
As of January 2025
While we will continue to capture organic traffic from our main website www.daltonwade.com and continue to make a big push in organic lead traffic,
we have made the decision to pause our
paid advertising. We made this decision due to a lack of lead conversion.
We
spent approximately $60,000 over the last 6 months generating 4,000 paid
leads with only 1 lead converting. This is not a sustainable model. This decision was not made lightly but was necessary due to the cost-effectiveness and conversion rates of the paid leads.
On or about January 20th we will be launching the Dalton Wade Listing Power Box which includes
flyers, door hangers, a sign rider, open house & thank you cards.
This combined with the Turner Title Prospector will help you secure more
listings. Listings are the key to success as a Real Estate Agents and
will help you meet qualified buyers from your listings for FREE.
