How to Display Your Cell Phone Number to Your BoldTrail (formally known as kvCORE) Agent Website

Want to make sure your clients can reach you directly by phone? Follow the steps below to replace the office number with your personal cell phone number on your agent website.

Steps to Update Your Phone Number:

  1. Log into BoldTrail
    Start by logging into your BoldTrail account using your credentials at crm.daltonwade.com.

  2. Access Your Profile
    In the upper right-hand corner, click on your name to open the dropdown menu. Select My Profile.



  3. Edit Your Profile
    Once inside your profile, click the Edit Profile button to open the profile editing form.


  4. Enter Your Cell Number
    Locate the field for your phone number and add your personal cell phone number. Don’t forget to click the checkbox next to Show on Site to ensure it displays on your website.


  5. Save Your Changes
    Scroll to the top of the screen and press the green Save button.


  6. Confirmation
    You’ll see a confirmation message in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, indicating your changes were successfully saved.


  7. Verify on Your Website
    Finally, visit your agent website and check to make sure your cell phone number is now visible. This will ensure clients can contact you directly instead of through the office.
