Managing Your Zillow Showcase Listing

Managing Your Zillow Showcase Listing

Whether your listing is brand new or already active in the MLS, Zillow Showcase can be added at various stages of the listing process. This article explains how Showcase works with existing listings, what property types are eligible, and answers common questions about managing your Showcase listing.

Can I Add Showcase to an Existing Listing?

Yes. If your listing is already active in the MLS and displayed on Zillow, you can still upgrade it to Zillow Showcase.

Simply access the listing through your Zillow Pro account, add any required media (such as a floor plan or Zillow 3D Home Tour), and complete the Showcase purchase. Once all requirements have been met, your listing will be upgraded to Showcase.

Which Property Types Are Eligible?

At this time, Zillow Showcase is available for residential listings only.

The following property types are not currently eligible:

  • Commercial properties
  • Vacant land or lot listings

Eligibility and supported property types are determined by Zillow and may change over time.

How Does Showcase Work for Condos or High-Density Housing?

For condominiums and other high-density housing where multiple listings may exist within the same building, the Showcase listing is given priority within the building's Zillow display.

While the entire building may reflect that a Showcase listing is available, only the upgraded listing receives the enhanced Showcase media and presentation. Other listings within the building continue to display as standard Zillow listings.

Can I Connect More Than One MLS to My Zillow Pro Account?

Yes. Agents may connect multiple MLSs to their Zillow Pro account, allowing them to manage listings from more than one MLS under the same account.

If you need to add an additional MLS, you can do so within your Zillow Pro account settings.

Why Should I Connect My Dotloop Account?

Connecting your Dotloop account helps prepare your Zillow Pro account for future integrations across Zillow's suite of products.

While this integration is not currently required to use Zillow Showcase, Zillow has indicated that additional connected features may become available in the future.
