Caught in the Dotloop Email Verification Loop
Caught in the Dotloop Email Verification Loop?
This issue most commonly occurs when switching between two different devices during the verification steps.
Follow these steps to successfully verify your email:
- Delete all previous dotloop verification emails from your inbox.
- Click Resend verification email in dotloop to generate a new link.
- Click your profile name in the upper-right corner of dotloop and select Sign Out.
- Ensure you are completely signed out of dotloop across all other devices, windows, and browser tabs.
- Open the newest verification email in your inbox.
- Click the Verify button inside the email to navigate to the dotloop sign-in screen.
- Log in to your account to complete the verification process.
