Cannot Connect Paradym Account to Instagram

Paradym has come out with instructions for connecting to Instagram as of February 2024. These instructions are available in their own Knowledge Base, which you can access here.


Linking Facebook and Instagram For Some Users as of February 2024

These are the steps to link a Facebook business Page to an Instagram account from within Facebook.  This process seems to be required for some but not all users.  These steps are required if the Facebook user does not see the "Linked Accounts" option after clicking on the page's Account icon, then Settings & Privacy, then Settings. If the user sees what the screenshot below shows, these steps are required to connect Facebook & Instagram prior to connecting Instagram to us.

 

 

  1. Click your business page account picture in the upper right while interacting as that page.

 

  1. Click on Meta Business Suite

 

  1. In the new tab, in the bottom left, click on Settings.

 

  1. On the left, click on Business Settings

 

  1. In the 2nd new tab, click on Instagram accounts over on the left, about halfway down.

 

  1. Click the “Add” button in the middle of the screen; follow the prompts to completion.
