Board and MLS Transfer Loop

Agents who need documents signed by the Broker for a board or MLS transfer can use the Miscellaneous: Board and MLS Transfer loop in Dotloop. This loop is available for every state Dalton Wade operates in.

When to Use This Loop

Use the Board and MLS Transfer loop any time you need a form signed by the Brokerage for one of the following:

  • Transferring to Dalton Wade from another brokerage and your board or MLS requires a signed transfer form.

  • Transferring active listings in your MLS from your previous brokerage to Dalton Wade.

  • Transferring away from Dalton Wade to another brokerage and your board or MLS requires a release or transfer authorization.

This loop ensures all MLS- or board-related transfer paperwork is reviewed, signed, and returned quickly by the Broker.

How to Create and Submit the Loop

  1. Log in to your Dotloop account.

  2. Select “Create a Loop.”

  3. Title your loop Appropriately:

    1. [Your Name] - Transferring to Dalton Wade

    2. [Your Name] - Transferring Active Listings to Dalton Wade

    3. [Your Name] - Transferring Away from Dalton Wade

  4. Choose the correct template for your state:

    • Each state has a blank “Miscellaneous: Board and MLS Transfer” loop available.

  5. Upload any forms your Board or MLS requires to be signed by the Broker.

  6. Add in signature line for the broker to sign, and then assign to your broker (Phillip Wade for FL agents, Kevin Gioia for all other states).

  7. Once all documents are uploaded, and signature spots created, click “Submit for Review.”

  8. After the Brokerage signs, you’ll receive a notification.

You can then download the fully executed documents and send them directly to your Board and/or MLS for processing.
