Adding Signature & Initials to PDF Version of CDA
Adding Compliance
Initials and Broker Signature Blocks
to PDF Version of a CDA
If you have a scanned copy of a CDA,
it is no longer a form (template). It
needs the initial and signature blocks for Compliance and your broker.
- Open the CDA
- Click Add
- Click initials and drag (to initial space
designated for compliance)
- Assign to Dalton Wade Admin
Repeat for Phil/Kevin's signature block
- Click Add
- Click signature and drag (to space
designated for Broker)
- Assign to Dalton Wade Admin
Agent signs
Change the status to “Processing
CDA”
