Adding Signature & Initials to PDF Version of CDA

Adding Compliance Initials and Broker Signature Blocks

to PDF Version of a CDA

 

If you have a scanned copy of a CDA, it is no longer a form (template).  It needs the initial and signature blocks for Compliance and your broker.

 

  1. Open the CDA
  2. Click Add
  3. Click initials and drag (to initial space designated for compliance)
  4. Assign to Dalton Wade Admin

Repeat for Phil/Kevin's signature block

  1. Click Add
  2. Click signature and drag (to space designated for Broker)
  3. Assign to Dalton Wade Admin

 

Agent signs

 

Change the status to “Processing CDA”
