Verification Reports – Dotloop
Signature verification is a way to verify the authenticity of
signatures within a document. This verification can be sent to any party
requesting verification of the eSignatures within a document.
In Dotloop – you can find the signature verification reports
in two places:
1. Open any signed document you sent through
Dotloop for signature:
- Click on the blue link at the top left of the screen to view the
signature verification report:
2. Click the dropdown menu next to the document in the loop:
- Click on “Signature Verification” – it gives you the same results as #1.
Agents can send
documents to their clients through Dotloop for signature.
Agents do not
need to pay for or use an eSigning company to send documents for signature and
can save the added expense as well as performing double work by sending for
signature through other eSigning programs and then uploading the signed
documents to Dotloop when they can easily send for signature through Dotloop
and have access to the signing verification reports.
