W-9 Download and Submitting to Finance Department

Accessing the W-9 in Dotloop

  1. Log in to Dotloop.com

  2. Click Templates at the top right of the page.

  3. On the left side, scroll to DW Office & Training Materials.

  4. Click on the W-9 document to open it.

  5. Download or complete the W-9 (fill it out and save as a PDF).

Submitting Your Completed W-9

  1. Make sure your W-9 is fully completed and signed.

  2. Save the file as W9_YourName.pdf (example: W9_JaneDoe.pdf).
