Sending Mass Emails About Your Listing in ShowingTime

ShowingTime allows you to send mass emails about your listing directly through the platform.

Steps to Send a Mass Email

  1. Open ShowingTime (via the app or through MLS when editing your listing).

  2. Click Configure ShowingTime.

  3. Select Listing Activity Report.

  4. Click Send Notification.

  5. From here, you can send a mass email about your listing to the appropriate recipients.
