There are three common scenarios, depending on your role in the transaction.

Name your loop clearly: “Lease Renewal – [Property Address]”

A completed CDA is required for Accounting to process your commission.
Do not leave any required fields blank
Clearly describe the commission (example: “½ month rent” or “flat referral fee”)
