Extending Dates: Extension Addendum to Contract
This form may be used with
various contract forms to extend time periods, such as closing date, financing
period, inspection period, title cure period, short sale approval deadline,
feasibility study period, and due diligence period.
If you are extending the closing, be sure to also
try and extend the financing period, if applicable.
How to
find the blank Extension Addendum to Contract (FAR EA-2) in
Dotloop:
- Go to your Initial Docs folder
- Click add document (to the right of the folder name)
- Click templates
- Scroll the down the list of folders on the left to Common Addenda
- Click Common Addenda
- Scroll to form named: Extension Addendum to
Contract (FAR EA-2)
- Click the checkbox next to the form name
- Click copy
