Dalton Wade agents can use RateMyAgent’s Social Studio to automatically create and publish social media posts for new listings, sold properties, and client reviews.
This feature helps you stay active on social media without needing to manually design or schedule posts each time you have an update.

Log into your RateMyAgent account.

From the left menu, select Social Studio.
Under Tools & Setup, click Automate Posts.
Choose either Automatic Monthly Social Content or Automatic Posts for Listings, Sales & Reviews or both!
Push Setup and follow prompts.
When setting up automated posting, you will create a schedule for one of the following content types:
For Sale – Posts promoting your active listings
Sold – Posts announcing closed transactions
Sale Reviews – Posts featuring client reviews from RateMyAgent
Select the content type you want to automate and create a schedule.
Choose how often you want posts to publish.
You can schedule review posts:
Monthly
Weekly
Daily
Monthly posting works well if you receive fewer reviews. You will also choose to schedule the time of day.
You can choose:
Automatic – Posts are created when a new listing or sale is processed.
Posts will not publish overnight (between 10 PM – 7 AM local time).
Daily
Weekly
You can also set a maximum number of posts per day (up to 5).
Select the social media accounts where your posts should appear.
You can also choose which branding bar appears on your posts.
Options include:
Automatic – Uses your current favorite branding bar
Specific Branding Bar – Uses the same branding bar for every post in that schedule
This allows you to maintain consistent branding across your social media content.
Each post will include a caption.
Social Studio automatically generates captions using property details such as:
Address
Property information
Listing details
You can edit the caption to:
Add your own messaging
Include hashtags
Personalize the tone of your posts
After creating your schedules, you can manage them anytime.
Go back to Automate Posts.
Click Manage Live Activity under Showcase Wins with Live Activity.
From here you can:
Create Schedule – Add another schedule for listings, sales, or reviews
Toggle On/Off – Quickly enable or pause automated posting
Edit Schedule – Change the posting frequency, captions, or templates
