Why Aren't My BoldTrail Website Changes Showing?

If you've recently updated your BoldTrail website but aren't seeing the changes, your browser or website cache may still be displaying an older version.

Caching temporarily stores website information to help pages load faster. As a result, some updates may take time to appear.

Changes may take approximately 1–2 hours to become visible, although timing can vary.

How to Refresh Your BoldTrail Website Cache

If your changes aren't appearing, try the following steps.

  1. Visit your BoldTrail website.

  2. Add the following to the end of your website URL:

    /index.php?FLUSH_CACHE=1

For example, if your website address is:

    https://yourname.daltonwade.com/

    Enter:

    https://yourname.daltonwade.com/index.php?FLUSH_CACHE=1

  3. Press Enter to load the page. Your website may temporarily look slightly different.

  4. Return to your original website URL without the additional text.

  5. Refresh the page and check whether your changes are now visible.

Still Not Seeing Your Updates?

If the changes haven't appeared, try these additional steps:

  • Open your website in a private or incognito browser window to check whether your browser is displaying an older version.

  • Try another browser or device to see whether the updates appear there.

  • Confirm your changes were saved or published in BoldTrail.

  • Allow additional time for the website to update.
